Terry Barnett has retired from the practice of law with the firm.  Over the years, Terry Barnett has represented injured workers at the:

Mr. Barnett has a longstanding interest in decision making about the use, withholding, and withdrawal of life-sustaining medical treatment.

  • Member Ethics Committees of various Public and Private Hospitals

Mr. Barnett has won cases at the Court of Appeals and the State Supreme Court that have increased workers' compensation benefits not only for the clients in those cases, but for thousands of other injured workers and their families.
